How billing works
You pay when you sign up. After that, you’re charged on the 21st of each month. All plans renew automatically.
The 21st is the cutoff for next month’s mailing:
Subscribe on or before the 21st and your first mailer is next month’s edition. For example, subscribe by October 21st and your November mailer ships by the end of October.
Subscribe after the 21st and you start one cycle later. For example, subscribe on October 22nd and your first mailer is December’s, shipping by the end of November. You pay that day, and your next charge is December 21st.
Shipping and delivery
I ship everywhere in the world, and shipping is included in your price.
Each month’s mailer goes out by the end of the month before. I send it with a standard stamp, so there’s no tracking number.
Delivery is usually within a week or two in North America and can take up to 3 weeks elsewhere, depending on local postal service.

What’s in each mailer?
A 5x7 print of an original artwork, a 5x7 ayah reference card with one ayah each month, and a designed personal letter reflecting on the month’s topic.
When will I get my first mailer?
Subscribe by the 21st and your first mailer is next month’s edition. Subscribe after the 21st and it’s the month after that.
When am I charged?

Why is my first mailer a month later than I expected?
The 21st is the cutoff for next month’s mailing. If you subscribe after it, you start with the following edition.
What if my mailer doesn’t arrive?
Mail can be slow, especially overseas. If it hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks, email support@shaheer.art and I’ll resend it.
How do I cancel or change my address?
Manage your subscription from your customer account, or email support@shaheer.art.
