Buying as a gift?Questions
What’s inside each month?
A 5×7 print of my work, a 5×7 card with one ayah, and a typed letter reflecting on the month’s topic.
What kind of artwork is it?
All the artwork is non-figurative: no faces or animals, except in abstract form.
Is it for a particular school of thought?
No, it’s non-denominational. Each month is built around an ayah from the Quran, so it’s for every Muslim, Sunni or Shia.
When will my first mailing arrive?
Your first mailing is the edition named on the Enrol button. Each edition is mailed by the end of the month before.
When am I charged?
Your first charge is when you enrol. After that, it’s on the 21st of each month.
How long does shipping take?
It goes by standard mail, so there’s no tracking number. Usually a week or two in North America, and up to 3 weeks elsewhere.
What if my mail doesn’t arrive?
If it hasn’t arrived 2 weeks after the usual time, email support@shaheer.art and I’ll resend it.
How do I cancel, skip or change my address?
From your customer account, or email support@shaheer.art.
